Prediabetes is for anyone who has been diagnosed by a health care provider with prediabetes, impaired fasting glucose, impaired glucose tolerance or dysmetabolic syndrome. Cost is often covered by insurance. Check with your insurance company before registering.

Childbirth Preparation This four-week class focuses on preparation for labor, birth, and newborn safety.
Weekend Fast Track Childbirth Preparation Using the Lamaze® approach to prepared childbirth, the classes focus on relaxation and breathing for labor and delivery. A tour of the Maternity Care Center is included.
Breastfeeding Preparation: Lactation Basics Get your breastfeeding off to a good start. The course, taught by a certified lactation counselor, is best taken during the second half of your pregnancy.
Car Seat Safety Learn how to safely position your child in the car seat, when to transition to a larger seat and tips for proper seat installation.
Exploring Newborns This program is for moms, dads and their babies, newborn to six months. Bring your baby to informal get-togethers, where each week a different baby care topic will be discussed.
This free, monthly classes is for patients anticipating knee or hip replacement surgery at Cambridge Medical Center. Learn how to get ready for surgery and prepare for a successful recovery. Class is taught by an orthopedic nurse.
