Nutrition and Food Services

Provides meal services, nourishment and Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), when appropriate, to patients of all age groups. MNT services include assessing nutritional needs for inpatients and outpatients and providing education for patients who require additional information. 
Food Services provides food for patients, staff, visitors, and a Home Delivered Meals Program for the community.

  • Diabetes Education

The Diabetes educators provide individualized and group education and counseling for patients and families with Type I and Type II or gestational diabetes. RN education specialists and dieticians serve both inpatients and outpatients. Call 763-689-7700 ext 1347 to talk with the Diabetic Education Department.
