Hours of operation:
- M-F 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday inpatient PT 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- OT and Speech as needed on weekends

Focus of care for Physical Therapy
- General orthopedic rehab
- Neuro rehab-balance, proprioception
- Management of low back pain
- Chronic pain management related to posture, weakness, poor body mechanics
- Work injury rehab and education
- Acute soft tissue injuries
- Postural dysfunction
- General work conditioning
- Women's health- pre/post partum exercise and back pain management
- Incontinence therapy for men, women and children (bowel and bladder)

Focus of care for Occupational Therapy
- Upper extremity rehab (neuro and orthopedic)
- Cognitive assessments and ADL retraining
- Functional capacity evaluations (2 day comprehensive eval)
- Repetitive strain interventions
- Pediatric rehab for development delays
- Ergonomic assessment
- Splinting (custom and fitting for pre-fabricated splints)
Focus of care for Speech Therapy
- Swallow evaluation including videoflouroscopies
- Cognitive assessments
- Speech disorders following CVA, TBI, etc....
- Voice rehab
- Pediatric rehab for developmental delays
Cardiac Rehab
- Fully monitored exercise program for patients who have had a heart attack, heart surgery, stent procedure or chronic angina.
- Designated to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance and to provide education and support for healthy lifestyle changes.

- Comprehensive wound assessment
- Comprehensive wound dressing selection/dressing changes
- Physical therapy modalities
- Patient education
- Wound debridement
- Negative pressure wound therapy (VAC)
