The Retirement Savings Plan makes it easy for employees to save for retirement. For eligible employees, Allina matches $.50 on every dollar you contribute, up to 2 percent of your pay and you are immediately vested in this company match. In addition, Allina makes an annual contribution depending on your years of service, ranging from 3 to 4.5% of your eligible pay. Employees are vested in the annual contribution balance after 2 years.
