Order prescriptions
We serve residents of Minnesota or Wisconsin and anyone affiliated with Allina Hospitals & Clinics. But you don't have to be an Allina patient to fill a prescription with us. RefillsIf you have had your prescription filled by an Allina Community Pharmacy before, either online or at one of our 15 locations, you should order a refill. To refill a prescription, we will need the patient's name, prescription number and name of the medication. If the prescription number is not known, a patient's birthdate and/or social security number can be used to find the record. New prescriptionsIf you are filling a prescription for the first time, you should order a new prescription. Before we can fill a new prescription, we need the prescription order signed by your physician. Please bring it to one of our pharmacy locations or have your physician call or fax in the new order. Order new prescriptions online Prescription transfersIf you have previously had your prescription filled by a pharmacy other than Allina Community Pharmacies, you should order a prescription transfer. We can help you transfer a prescription previously filled at another pharmacy to any Allina Community Pharmacy location. We will need the name and phone number of your previous pharmacy before can we process your prescription. |
